Donny serves as the Director of Strategy & Innovation for Park Row Equity Partners. He is responsible for all business innovation, portfolio management, and company infrastructure. Having served as a fellow at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and an early-stage hire for two successful high-tech startups, Donny brings a rare blend of public-sector macroeconomic experience and private-sector operator mindset to real estate investing and long-term value creation. 

His love for innovation and problem-solving led him to receive his MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Mathematics from Yeshiva University, and an Associate of Arts in Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva University.

Donny is a nationally-registered and NYS-certified EMT, and volunteers for Hatzalah Ambulance Services. He has competed in numerous half marathons, triathlons, and "Tough-Mudders." He is an avid tennis player, with six seasons as a Ballboy on the courts of the U.S. Open tennis tournament under his belt. He is contractually obligated to play a round of 18 to complete the "Steinberg Foursome."
