Phil serves as Asset & Finance Manager, responsible for the financial operations of the firm, including accounting, reporting, and investor distributions. Phil began his career as a licensed real estate broker in New York City, and shortly thereafter realized that joining the real estate investment side was his calling. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hofstra University.

Phil loves to hit the slopes every winter, hit the golf ball in the summer (shoutout to the “Steinberg Foursome”), and hit the gym all year round. Ask him about the time he watched the 2016 presidential debates live from the audience at his very own alma mater.
