Kristina Grants is a seasoned real estate investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, transactions, and capital execution across a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and student housing.

As the VP, Portfolio Management, Kristina works closely with the firm's leadership team to oversee portfolio performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and enhance reporting, governance, and asset management processes. She plays an active role in portfolio strategy, sponsor oversight, capital planning, and investment execution, helping ensure that Park Row's investments are managed with discipline, transparency, and a long-term ownership mindset.

Prior to joining PREP, Kristina held senior leadership positions with EQT Exeter and Redwood Capital Group, where she was responsible for managing investment strategies across a national multifamily portfolio. Throughout her career, she has overseen more than $6 billion of real estate assets and has extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, business plan execution, and value creation initiatives.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Illinois State University, is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and completed the CREW Network Leadership Certificate Program.

Outside of work, she is actively involved in the American Latvian community and enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family at the lake.
